Pressed Flower Art Workshop with Pressed with Pride: a queer-owned small business specializing in floral preservation art.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:

Unleash your creativity in this unique art class where you'll transform pressed flowers into stunning framed artwork to take home! Ciara (Pressed with Pride) will guide you through each step of the process:

• Choosing your flowers

• Arranging them

• Adhering them to the frame to create your piece

• All materials will be provided: including pre-pressed flowers and high quality frames, to help bring your vision to life!

MEET YOUR TEACHER:

Ciara Lubus (she/they) is the owner and artist behind Pressed with Pride. Her journey into pressed flower art began when she preserved a bouquet from one of her dearest friends-- such a thoughtful gift that she wanted to keep it forever.

Since then, they have been creating and perfecting their floral preservation.

Through their art, they aim to help others express themselves and celebrate life’s special moments in a timeless way.
