Within 1 month of purchase date with a receipt and plant brought back to our store:
Half refund or in-store credit
After 1 month from purchase date:
Partial refund or in-store credit

WARES
If your planter is in resell-able condition we are happy to offer a partial in-store credit at any time.
Please note: we ask that the in-store credit be redeemed on the day of the exchange.
If you have a defective planter in any way please contact us or return the planter to our shop and we’ll offer you a replacement, in store credit or refund.
