What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a therapeutic experience where participants are enveloped in soothing, resonant sounds produced by various instruments, such as crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes. This practice is designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. The vibrations and tones from the instruments create a calming atmosphere that helps to realign the body and mind, fostering a deep state of meditation and tranquility. Sound baths are often used to support mental clarity, emotional healing, and physical rejuvenation.

Kyle McKay (Ascending Sounds) is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner local to Philadelphia. His lifetime of musical background as well as his intuitive approach makes for an experience that many find to be blissful & transformative. He uses crystal singing bowls amongst other instruments to create a soundscape of vibrations for you to soak up and enjoy. All there is to do is lay back and receive! 

Kyle does monthly pop up workshops as well as private bookings throughout Philadelphia and looks forward to bringing a moment of stillness and connection into your life.
