In taking old vintage flatware and transforming them into what I like to call "functional art pieces", my desire is to help people create a connection with timeless heirlooms that have been tucked away to collect dust or tossed by the wayside. By upcycling them into new pieces that can be used functionally among today's trends and interests, it sparks a connection not only in the way of transformation, but of honoring legacy; a way of showing the beauty in bridging what once was, to what currently is.
